Carol Renee has created an unusual exhibition of visual art works depicting individual women from the past.  These historical females in their elaborate costumes and hats gaze at the camera as they are captured in a transitory moment. Inspired by her discoveries of old diaries, personal letters and historical documents and using her own collection of Victorian and Edwardian  sepia photographs  Carol Renee has woven a story, a diminutive tale, about each lady from history revealing the secrets of her life, her longings and adventures. Using antique flotsam and jetsam from the past each piece becomes a collage to set you time travelling and enthral you.
